AAJV was created when Alpha Protective Services, Inc. (APS) and Advanced Resource Technologies, Inc. (ARTI) formed a Mentor Protege Joint Venture to provide integrated Information Technology and Technical Security Services. APS-ARTI, LLC (AAJV) is a Limited Liability Company with offices in Alexandria, Virginia and Thomasville, Georgia.
